He highlighted India’s potential for exporting value-added dairy products and suggested leveraging government initiatives like the DIDF to expand into new markets. Mr. Mani also mentioned the increasing adoption of automation and digital tools by smallholders in India to improve efficiency. The summit focused on themes like labor shortages, technology solutions, climate change, sustainability, and opportunities and challenges in the dairy sector. Representatives from India, including NDDB chairman Meenesh C. Shah, participated in the event.
