A mission of compassion born out of loss

The parents of Dr. Vandana Das, who tragically lost her life while serving as a house surgeon, have opened a medical clinic in her memory at Thrikkunnappuzha. The clinic, set to open on October 10, aims to continue Vandana’s dream of providing free medical care to the poor in the region. The facility will have two doctors and other medical staff working from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. While the clinic is not for profit, a small fee will be charged to cover expenses. Inaugurated by Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, the clinic will also host a free medical camp on October 11.
