Four women from Andhra Pradesh were caught trying to steal silk saris from a textile showroom in Bengaluru. They were posing as customers but were caught red-handed with 10 stolen saris. Two other women managed to escape. The gang was caught with 38 saris worth Rs 17.5 lakh. The manager of the showroom noticed their suspicious behavior and called the police. CCTV footage revealed that two other women had also stolen saris earlier. The gang admitted to stealing from shops in Bengaluru and selling the goods in Andhra Pradesh.
