Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that the Opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) will face a defeat in Maharashtra’s Assembly elections, similar to the Congress in Haryana. He mentioned that Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar want their children to become Chief Minister, while many Congress leaders are also aspiring for the position. Shah addressed an election rally to support BJP candidates, emphasizing that development in the region can only be achieved under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. He criticized the Congress for not fulfilling their promises and expressed confidence that the Mahayuti alliance will win the state elections, claiming that the MVA will be wiped out in Maharashtra.
