President Donald Trump will be the first sitting US president to attend a Super Bowl this weekend in New Orleans. Despite his past criticism of the NFL and its commissioner Roger Goodell, Trump will be present at the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. The NFL has confirmed that the “End Racism” slogan will not be used this year, with “Choose Love” and “It Takes All of Us” being displayed instead. Goodell reiterated the league’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, which Trump has been fighting against. The Super Bowl will also feature a pre-recorded interview with Trump as part of the pre-game build-up.
