A couple from Gandhinagar tragically took their own lives after being blackmailed by two men who allegedly filmed their intimate moments and demanded a sexual relationship with the girl. The accused denied having shot any such video but were arrested for abetting the suicide. The couple’s bodies were found in the Narmada canal, and it was revealed that they were being threatened to make the video viral. The accused were sent to judicial custody and are facing charges of abetment to suicide. Police are continuing to investigate the case.
