The city police commissioner in Ahmedabad has announced a ban on vehicle movement near the GMDC ground for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address to party workers on Sep 16. The ban will be in effect from 10am until the end of the function. Several routes will be restricted for vehicular traffic, but alternative routes are available for those needing to travel in the area. Drivers heading towards Helmet Crossroads or AEC Crossroads are advised to take specific detours to reach their destinations. It is important for residents to plan their travel accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
