He underscored the significance of prioritizing global challenges and ensuring security in areas like food, energy, and water. Modi also emphasized the importance of inclusivity and consensus within BRICS, welcoming new partner countries and prioritizing the concerns of the Global South. At the conclusion of the summit, the leaders adopted the ‘Kazan Declaration’.
