The estate is becoming a hub for the semiconductor industry in India and the tender aims to attract more investments by ensuring quality infrastructure. The recent waterlogging issue during heavy rains prompted officials to take quick action. The tender includes assessing stormwater flooding and finding suitable disposal measures. The deadline for bidding is Sep 19, with the study expected to be completed in two months. The estate, established in 2011-12, has seen significant development and upgrading the stormwater drainage system is necessary for better efficiency and reduced flooding.
