Rs 450 Subsidy On LPG Cylinder; Who Will Benefit?

The Rajasthan government has introduced a new benefit for families under the National Food Security Scheme (NFSA), allowing eligible families to obtain LPG gas cylinders for just Rs 450. To access this benefit, it is necessary to link the Aadhaar cards of all family members with the NFSA ration card and LPG IDs. This process will be carried out at all LPG outlets in the district from November 5 to 30. Beneficiaries must bring Aadhaar cards, e-KYC documents, and LPG connection papers to complete the seeding process. This initiative aims to make subsidised LPG more accessible to underprivileged families, easing the financial burden of rising LPG costs and improving the standard of living in rural and semi-urban areas.
