The Karnataka High Court has denied bail to former JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna, who is accused of rape and sexual assault. The court also rejected two anticipatory bail applications filed by him. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has submitted a chargesheet of 2,144 pages in four cases of sexual assault and harassment against Prajwal, including one where he is accused of raping a domestic help. He is facing two rape cases and one sexual assault case. Prajwal is the son of JD(S) MLA H D Revanna and the grandson of former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda.
