A bomb threat was received on an Air India flight from Kathmandu to New Delhi, prompting a search operation by Nepal Police and Army. The flight had arrived in Kathmandu with 168 passengers on board when the threat was received, leading to a delay as luggage and passengers were checked. This was the second bomb hoax call received at Nepal’s Tribhuvan International Airport within a week. However, after a thorough search, no suspicious objects were found on board the plane. Similar false threats on Indian flights have caused fear among passengers recently.
