Choreographer Jani Master’s national award has been suspended due to allegations of sexual assault. The award was originally given for his work on the film Thiruchitrambalam, but it has been withdrawn pending further investigation. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting made the decision after learning about the allegations against Jani Master.
