Maharashtra assembly elections: Chandivali has most voters in Mumbai, Wadala the least | Mumbai News



The Election Commission plans to set up more polling booths in Mumbai to increase voter participation. Currently, the Shiv Sena, Congress, and other parties have MLAs representing various constituencies in the city. The BMC has removed thousands of illegal banners and hoardings in preparation for the upcoming Maharashtra assembly polls. The commissioner has urged political parties to follow the model code of conduct and obtain permissions for displaying advertisements. Citizens can report violations through the Cvigil App or by calling a helpline number.
