Madras High Court Criticizes Police Over Fake NCC Camp Investigation |

The Madras High Court criticized the state police for not conducting a thorough investigation into a fake NCC camp organized by a private school in Krishnagiri. The camp was used to lure students with promises of extra marks in exams. The prime accused, who died by suicide, threatened students with violence if they revealed the truth. The court also reprimanded the police for not arresting the person who introduced the accused to the school. The court directed authorities to uncover the truth behind the accused’s death and his father. So far, three FIRs have been registered and 18 people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
