Kerala Tourism is launching campaigns to promote tourism in Wayanad, which was recently affected by landslides. The minister emphasized the importance of showcasing Kerala as a whole, including Wayanad, through initiatives like the ‘Ente Keralam Ennum Sundaram’ social media campaign. The upcoming Kerala Travel Mart (KTM-2024) in Kochi is expected to attract a record number of domestic and international buyers, reflecting the success of the government-industry partnership model in promoting Kerala’s tourism potential. Domestic buyer registrations have reached a record high, while international buyers from 76 countries are also expected to attend.
