A two-year-old girl’s body was found in the water near where her mother’s body was discovered tied to a boulder in Manor. The mother’s brother-in-law and sister-in-law have been arrested for the double murder. The mother’s husband was away on a fishing boat and their daughter was missing. The brother-in-law initially denied involvement but later confessed to the killings, implicating his sister as well. The bodies were found and autopsies indicated they were strangled. The murders are believed to be related to a property dispute within the family.
