Telangana Health Minister C. Damodar Raja Narasimha recently held a meeting with senior health officials to discuss improving sanitation, security, and patient care in government hospitals across the state. He emphasized the importance of implementing mandatory biometric attendance for staff in key roles and training lower-level staff to communicate effectively with patients. The Minister also announced the formation of an expert committee to evaluate hospital administration and infrastructure. He directed officials to increase the number of toilets to meet patient demand and submit a report on current patient load and toilet availability. The meeting was attended by various health department officials.
