Haji Ali Dargah: Haryana Man Arrested After Bomb Threat to Mumbai’s Haji Ali Dargah | Mumbai News



A 36-year-old man from Haryana was arrested in Gurugram for making bomb threat calls to Haji Ali Dargah and demanding Rs 10 crore. The accused, Pawan Kumar Mishra, was caught based on his IP address and has been sent to police custody for two days. He claimed to have made the calls while drunk and doesn’t remember much. The police found nothing suspicious after deploying the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad. The man said he got the contact numbers from the Internet. The complaint was lodged by the administrative officer of Haji Ali Dargah Trust after receiving threatening calls. The caller claimed to have planted bombs inside and threatened to kill those who intervened, stating he needed the land to build a house.
