He admitted that he could face consequences for his actions. During cross-examination, he struggled to provide clear answers to questions about project designs and plans. The commission allowed him time to review documents before returning for further questioning. Venkateshwarlu stated that the decision to relocate the project site was made by former CM K Chandrasekhar Rao and the cabinet after evaluating different options.
