Four Tamil Nadu fishermen from Nagapattinam were injured when their boat capsized after being hit by a Sri Lankan navy craft. The fishermen were rescued by other fishermen after being stranded in the sea for an hour. They received medical attention at the hospital. Unfortunately, they lost equipment and fish worth Rs 6 lakh during the incident. The Sri Lankan navy personnel reportedly threatened the fishermen before leaving the scene.
