A civil engineer was arrested for allegedly murdering two children of his worker over a loan dispute. The engineer had lent money to the worker, who claimed he had given it to his wife. When the wife denied receiving the money, tensions rose, leading to a quarrel and her leaving for her mother’s house. Blaming the worker for the separation, the engineer took the children for a ride and strangled them, abandoning their bodies. The worker reported the children missing, leading to the engineer’s arrest after he was identified from CCTV footage.
