Economic Offences Wing Closes Cheating Case Against Nirmal Lifestyle Directors After Investor Settlements | Mumbai News



The Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai Police has closed a fraud case against Nirmal Lifestyle directors Dharmesh Jain, Rajeev Jain, and Puja Jain after they refunded money to investors and filed consent terms. The case involved failure to deliver promised flats and dishonoured refund cheques. The settlement agreement led to the closure of the case, with the company agreeing to settle all pending dues. The plaintiffs withdrew their complaints upon receiving their dues. The company was charged under various sections of the IPC and MOFA. Authorities recommended case closure due to the company’s financial difficulties.
