In Bengaluru, the Central Crime Branch (CCB) seized 626 unclaimed parcels from the foreign post office in Chamarajpet and found drugs worth Rs 21 crore in 606 of them. The parcels contained various drugs like hydro ganja, LSD strips, MDMA crystal, Ecstasy pills, heroin, cocaine, amphetamine, charas, ganja oil, and metacycline. The drugs were sent from countries like the US, UK, Belgium, and Thailand. The police have arrested delivery boys involved in delivering parcels to peddlers and are continuing their investigation. Samples of the seized drugs have been sent to the forensic science laboratory for analysis.
