BSF-BGB exchange Diwali greetings in Karimganj

The Border Security Force (BSF) and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) exchanged greetings and sweets at the international border in Karimganj on the eve of Diwali. The personnel from both sides offered sweets to each other as a sign of goodwill and friendship. Similar exchanges took place at other border points as well. The BSF official mentioned that such gestures help strengthen the ties between India and Bangladesh and maintain cordial relations between the border forces. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had planned to celebrate Diwali with Army personnel in Arunachal Pradesh but had to cancel due to bad weather.
