BPL founder TPG Nambiar dies at 94 | Onmanorama News



T P Gopalan Nambiar, the founder of BPL, an Indian electronics company, passed away at the age of 94. He had been unwell for some time and passed peacefully at home. Known as TPG, he was also the father-in-law of BJP leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar. Former CM Yediyurappa expressed sadness over his demise, praising his contributions. Chandrasekhar called him a visionary who built a trusted brand. Congress leader Tharoor also praised him as a visionary industrialist. Nambiar’s legacy and contributions will always be remembered.
