The executors of Nalini Purohit’s will have decided to donate Rs 1 crore to the Blind People’s Association (BPA) in Ahmedabad. This money will be used to build a floor of a hostel specifically for girls with visual impairments. BPA officials believe that this support will greatly benefit these girls by giving them access to education, skill development, higher education, and job opportunities, ultimately helping them become more self-reliant.
