Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticized the Congress for proposing a 10% quota for Muslims, stating that there will be no religion-based reservation in the country. He warned that such a quota would negatively impact OBCs, Dalits, and Tribals. Shah emphasized that the Constitution does not provide for reservation based on religion. He also accused the Congress and JMM of allowing cross-border infiltration for vote bank politics. Shah condemned corruption within the INDIA bloc and accused the Congress of waving fake copies of the Constitution at public meetings. He also targeted Rahul Gandhi over Article 370 and asserted that its removal has fully integrated Jammu and Kashmir with India. The Jharkhand Assembly election will take place in two phases on November 13 and 20, with results on November 23.
