Bengaluru emerged as the top city for job opportunities and salary growth with a 9.3% increase, followed closely by Chennai and Delhi. Bengaluru’s reputation as a technology and business hub was highlighted with the highest average monthly salary of Rs 29,500. Chennai and Delhi also reported strong salary growth, reflecting the competitive job markets. Mumbai and Ahmedabad also saw steady salary increases, reinforcing their importance as key employment centers. The retail industry showed the highest salary growth, followed by consumer durables and BFSI. The report also highlighted a narrowing salary gap between permanent and temporary roles, indicating a focus on talent equity and long-term retention in various sectors.
