The Ahmedabad city DEO has issued a notice to revoke the recognition of Gyanoday School for not complying with the agreement to relocate back to its original location in Jamalpur after two years. The school has been operating in Vastral for four years without approval and has even started Class 11 without permission. A hearing has been scheduled for Oct 10, and if the school fails to provide evidence, measures will be taken to close unauthorized classes and revoke the school’s recognition. The school is currently operating in Mahadev Nagar, Vastral, without the necessary fire NOC and BU permission.
