It is a tragic incident that occurred in Ahmedabad where nine young people, aged between 20 and 25, drowned while immersing a Ganesha idol in the Meshwo river in Gandhinagar district. The youths walked too deep into the river and got caught in a whirlpool. Despite efforts from locals to help them, it was unfortunately too late. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of the deceased during this difficult time.
