A 52-year-old man from Bengaluru, Srinivas N, was arrested for fatally attacking his wife, Sudha N, with a machete in Singahalli village. The incident resulted in multiple injuries that led to Sudha’s death. Srinivas, who owns a chicken centre, attacked Sudha on her head, shoulder, ear, and hands. Sudha passed away while undergoing treatment at a hospital. Their son, Arjun S, who works at a dairy unit, received a call from a neighbor informing him of the attack. He found his mother in a pool of blood and rushed her to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Arjun mentioned that his parents frequently fought, and Sudha had even left for her parental house previously, but was convinced to return home by family members.
