Vinfast’s VF e34 E-SUV Spied in India, Likely to be Another Option in EV Segment

VinFast, a Vietnam-based EV maker, is set to enter the Indian market with its upcoming mid-size battery-powered SUV called VF e34. The company has not yet announced the launch date but reports suggest hints may be shared soon. The electric SUV is similar in size to the Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta, with an expected length of 4.3 meters and a wheelbase of 2.6 meters. The vehicle features LED headlights, a connected taillight, and cladding on the side profile for aesthetic appeal. The interior includes a multi-functional steering wheel, digital instrument cluster, and touchscreen infotainment system supporting wireless car connect technology. The VF e34 is expected to have a single electric motor generating 148 bhp and 242 Nm of torque, with a 41.9 kWh battery providing a range of 319 km. The India-spec model is anticipated to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in under 9 seconds and reach a top speed of 130 km/h.
