Skoda is gearing up to launch their new sub-compact SUV, the Kylaq, in India. It will be the third all-new car for the Indian market, built on a cheaper derivative of Volkswagen Group’s MQB modular architecture. The Kylaq will compete with rivals like Tata Nexon and Hyundai Venue, offering a minimal feature list in the base variant with safety features like six airbags as standard. The SUV will be powered by a 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine and is expected to offer a range of safety features. The official unveiling is set for November 6, with a launch anticipated in 2025.
