NHAI Unveils Rs 200 Crore Flyover Project to Reduce Travel Time on Delhi-Jaipur-Ajmer Route

A new flyover project in Jaipur aims to ease traffic congestion for the 1.25 million daily commuters in the area. The construction of flyovers at Bhankrota and Kamala Nehru Nagar intersections is almost complete, with plans to upgrade the Ajmer Road intersection as well. The project, costing around Rs 200 crore, is expected to reduce delays and improve travel times on the busy route between Ajmer, Jaipur, and Delhi. The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is working on the project, with the tender process expected to start in January 2025. Once completed, the new structures will provide a lasting solution to the daily traffic congestion issues in the area.
