Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to launch its first electric vehicle, the eVX, in various countries including Japan, India, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The eVX will feature a 4-wheel drive system and is set to compete with other electric SUVs in the market. The production timeline has been delayed to Spring 2025 due to cell issues. The vehicle is expected to have a 60 kWh battery pack with a range of up to 550 km. It will also come with features like LED headlights, touchscreen infotainment system, and front-ventilated seats. Suzuki and Toyota are collaborating on a battery EV SUV model as well.
