General Motors aims to tap into Tesla’s EV charging network. Here’s how



General Motors is now providing EV charging adapters to its electric vehicle owners, allowing them to access Tesla chargers. This move opens up over 17,800 Tesla Superchargers to GM customers through the use of a GM approved NACS DC adapter. By utilizing the Tesla Supercharger network, GM EV owners will have access to more than 231,800 public Level 2 and DC fast chargers in North America. This initiative is part of a broader effort to improve the customer experience and facilitate the transition to electric vehicles. Other automakers, like Ford and Rivian, are also utilizing Tesla’s network, showcasing the industry’s collaboration towards promoting EV adoption.
