Ducati unveils new 890 cc V2 engine, puts out 120 bhp



Ducati has introduced a new V2 engine that will replace the current model in their motorcycles. It is the lightest twin-cylinder engine from the brand, meeting Euro 5+ standards. The engine has a displacement of 890 cc and offers two power output options, focusing on performance and weight distribution. It features an Intake Variable Timing valve system and offers high torque at low RPMs. The engine is versatile, with power options of 118 bhp or 113 bhp. The design optimizes weight distribution and enhances performance. The 120 bhp version with a racing exhaust increases power output and torque. The 113 bhp version includes enhancements for smoother operation at low speeds and improved performance in specific conditions.
