വരാനിരിക്കുന്ന 2024 ലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ സാംഗ്ലി ലോക്സഭാ മണ്ഡലത്തിൽ നിന്ന് തുടർച്ചയായ മൂന്നാം വിജയമാണ് ബിജെപി നേതാവ് സഞ്ജയക പാട്ടീൽ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. റെയിൽവേ വിപുലീകരണം, ജലസേചന പദ്ധതികൾ, ജില്ലയിൽ ഒരു ഡ്രൈ പോർട്ട് നിർദ്ദേശം എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെ അടിസ്ഥാന സൌകര്യ വികസനത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹം ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചു. മഴയുടെ നിഴലുള്ള പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ ജലക്ഷാമം പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനും പ്രാദേശിക യുവാക്കൾക്ക് തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിനായി വൻകിട വ്യവസായങ്ങളെ ആകർഷിക്കുന്നതിനും പാട്ടീൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എതിരാളികളിൽ നിന്ന് വിമർശനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നിട്ടും, പാട്ടീലിന് തന്റെ ട്രാക്ക് റെക്കോർഡിൽ ആത്മവിശ്വാസമുണ്ട്, സാംഗ്ലിയെ ബി. ജെ. പിയുടെ ശക്തികേന്ദ്രമാക്കി മാറ്റാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു. സാംഗ്ലിയിലെ ജനങ്ങൾ പുരോഗതിയെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുമെന്നും അവരെ സേവിക്കാൻ തനിക്ക് മറ്റൊരു അവസരം നൽകുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു, 2 ലക്ഷം വോട്ടുകളുടെ ഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തോടെ വിജയം പ്രവചിക്കുന്നു.
