India refuses to travel to Pakistan for Champions Trophy 2025: report

The Indian Cricket Board has decided not to participate in the 2024 Champions Trophy cricket tournament in Pakistan due to security concerns. They have requested that all matches involving India be relocated to Dubai, citing no logistical challenges in the city. The decision to move the games to Dubai has been made in consultation with the Indian government. The tournament is scheduled to take place from February 19 to March 9, with Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi as the designated host cities. India successfully shifted its Asia Cup matches to Sri Lanka last year despite pressure from Pakistan. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has maintained its stance on Pakistan and is looking to play at a neutral venue like Dubai.
