Maruti Suzuki’s fourth-generation Dzire has achieved a perfect five-star crash safety rating in Global NCAP tests, marking the first time a Maruti model has received such high marks. Global NCAP is an organization dedicated to promoting vehicle safety worldwide and conducts crash tests to assess the safety of various car models. In the past, Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra have also produced cars with perfect or near-perfect ratings in these tests. The new Dzire has shown significant improvement from its predecessor, which only received two stars in previous tests. This achievement highlights the importance of safety awareness among Indian customers and the need for safer vehicles on the road. Other Indian car models that have received perfect ratings in Global NCAP tests include those from Tata Motors, Mahindra, Volkswagen, Skoda, and Hyundai.
