Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey was treated by paramedics after becoming unsteady at a campaign rally for congressional candidate Caroleene Dobson. It was reported that Ivey had gotten dehydrated and received fluids on-site. Witnesses said she was shaking and had to hold onto a beam for support. The governor’s office confirmed that she is recovering well at home. Ivey, who had previously battled early stage lung cancer, has endorsed Dobson in the race. The incident occurred at a rally in Pike Road, Alabama, where Ivey appeared visibly unsteady before being helped by staff and receiving medical attention.
