San Jose State coach denies player colluded with opponent

However, Kress stated that no scouting report was shared and that both players involved claimed it was a joke. The matter has been referred to SJSU’s Title IX officer for review. The situation highlights ongoing debates about transgender athletes’ participation in women’s sports. San Jose State volleyball players are all eligible according to NCAA requirements, and the team is set to play UNLV on November 7. However, Boise State has canceled their game against SJSU on November 21, and it is uncertain if Wyoming will play their match on November 14. The top six teams in the Mountain West Conference will compete in the conference tournament from November 27-30, with the winner receiving an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Currently, San Jose State is in second place with five conference games left in their schedule.
