Xiaomi, a popular Chinese smartphone company, has announced the preorders for the sports car version of its SU7 electric sedan, priced at over $110,000. The company has already delivered more than 20,000 SU7 EVs in October and aims to reach 100,000 by the end of November. Xiaomi’s entry into the electric car market has been met with success, with its SU7 model being competitively priced compared to other brands like Tesla. The company’s new high-end sports version, SU7 Ultra, has also received a positive response from customers, with over 3,600 preorders within 10 minutes. Xiaomi’s expansion into the electric car market is expected to make a significant impact in China’s growing EV industry.
