Are You Eating Chemical Paneer From This Factory? Adulteration Racket Busted



An undercover investigation by News18 has uncovered a factory in Bulandshahr, India, producing fake paneer using harmful chemicals. The factory was found to be filthy with flies swarming around, and the paneer was made from second-grade milk powder, chemicals, and poor quality soybean. The owner of the factory admitted to using chemicals in the paneer production. The fake paneer is sold at Rs 300 to Rs 400 per kg in Delhi and Noida, and is supplied to dhabas, restaurants, and street food stalls. The food department has raided the factory and seized the chemicals used in production.
