The Shiv Sena released a list of 20 candidates for the Maharashtra Assembly elections, including Milind Deora who will face Aaditya Thackeray in Worli. Sanjay Nirupam will contest from Dindoshi. BJP MP Narayan Rane’s son will run from Kudal. BJP leader’s daughter and others joined Shiv Sena. The ruling Mahayuti alliance and opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi are gearing up for the elections on November 20. In the 2019 elections, BJP won 105 seats, Shiv Sena 56, and Congress 44.
