10 hotels in Lucknow receive bomb threats via email, sender demands Rs 46 lakh ransom



Several premium hotels in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, received bomb threats via email, with the sender demanding a ransom of $55,000 and threatening an explosion if the demand was not met. The hotels promptly alerted authorities, who launched investigations. Similar threats were made to hotels in Rajkot, Gujarat, the day before, which turned out to be hoaxes. The police conducted thorough searches with bomb disposal squads in response to the threats. The sender of the threats identified himself as Kan Den.
