This initiative aims to build trust with customers by highlighting restaurants with a proven track record of serving hygienic meals. The Seal is based on genuine customer reviews and feedback and is awarded to restaurants meeting established standards. Swiggy will provide support to partner restaurants through professional hygiene audits and training programs. The feature is currently available in Pune and will gradually expand to cover more cities in the future.
