Check backdoor appointments to govt. vacancies: Chennithala

Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala is criticizing the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government in Kerala for allegedly giving unfair job opportunities to the relatives of Communist Party of India (Marxist) members. He claims that despite thousands of temporary job vacancies last year, only a fraction were filled through the proper channels. Chennithala argues that these “backdoor appointments” are unfair to the over 26 lakh people who are waiting for job postings through the employment exchange. He is calling for the cancellation of these illegal appointments and for the vacancies to be filled by candidates who are registered with the employment exchange.
