Two more deaths reported in West Bengal, toll rises to 4, no casualties in Odisha



Severe cyclonic storm Dana hit the eastern coast, causing heavy rain and strong winds that led to damage in Odisha and West Bengal. Four people died in West Bengal, with two deaths due to electrocution and two due to drowning. The storm made landfall between Bhitarkanika and Dhamra with wind speeds of 110 kmph. The storm uprooted trees and electric poles, causing significant damage to infrastructure and crops in the affected areas.
